Zama Engineering Systems (ZES) is a division of Zama Systems LTD providing integrated engineering services for petrol stations, commercial sites and industrial facilities in Kenya. We help clients turn several connected technical requirements into one defined project scope.

One engineering partner for connected site systems

Modern facilities depend on equipment that shares power, data, physical space and maintenance responsibilities. A fuel system may depend on electrical works, monitoring, networking, CCTV and fire-safety interfaces. What ZES does

How we develop a project scope

  1. Understand the site. We review the required outcome, location, operating conditions, constraints and available drawings or schedules.
  2. Define the work. The proposed scope records equipment, work packages, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and responsibilities.
  3. Coordinate delivery. Agreed supply, installation, integration and configuration activities are planned around site access and other contractors.
  4. Test and hand over. The agreed functions are checked and the applicable records, user guidance and handover information are provided.
  5. Plan lifecycle support. Maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades or expansion support can be defined where they form part of the engagement.

What a ZES proposal should make clear

A useful engineering proposal is more than an equipment price. It should identify the work included, information relied on, equipment or performance basis, customer inputs, third-party interfaces, exclusions, commercial terms, programme assumptions, testing requirements and applicable warranty terms. Regulated approvals and professional responsibilities are confirmed for the actual site and project.

ZES considers projects across Kenya subject to the required scope, logistics, site access and programme. A remote discussion can establish the first information needed, while a site survey may be recommended where measurements, routes, existing conditions or risks must be verified.

Project evidence, privacy and responsible claims

Security, infrastructure and petroleum projects can include confidential site information. ZES does not publish a customer’s name, photographs, system layout, project value, testimonial or measured outcome without appropriate permission and supporting records. Public project pages therefore describe delivery capabilities unless a page is clearly identified as an approved client case study.
